This is Emily Moo.
I came across her one day while we were camping. There was a farmers field next to the camp ground and while I was on one of my picture taking walks, the two of us met.
She was a cute cow, as well as a stalking cow. No matter where I went, there she was - spying on me through the bushes. I have never been stalked by a cow before, it was a rather "different" experience...one I would gladly have again, provided the cow was as nice as Emily.
